Vindication
About 20 minutes into waiting for another airport verification at my gate, a guy tells me boldly I was cutting the line. I reply something like I've been there for a while and it's not fair to go back to the end of it as he was suggesting... who knows how many people came behind me in 20 minutes...?
But he insists, and mentiones he saw me coming from the side, so I remember there was hardly a "line," but rather a crowd o people waiting to enter another waiting area, where being first did not make any difference, as by this time everybody had seat and category assigned...
I consider his assertion though, and do not advance, while some people behind me indifferently accept I cannot go back right at the very end....
The guy finally gets his turn for document verification, but apparently he has no boarding pass. He is arguing with the man in charge till the officer tells him as clearly as he can there is no way of passing without ticket, so my guy needs to make his way back to front desk to get it...
I had a good amount of sitting in a lounger, when see the guy entering the area, visibly exhausted and distressed, just in time for boarding the airplane...
